A pharmacy in Nakuru, open online
Supreme Pharmacy is a community pharmacy in Nakuru, Kenya. The first branch opened here in 2000 and the shop has grown into several branches around the town since, all of them regulated by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya. This website is that same pharmacy with its shelves laid out differently.
What you can buy here is what we keep on those shelves: prescription medicines, over-the-counter remedies for everyday complaints, vitamins, minerals and supplements, baby and mother care, first aid, personal care and hygiene, sexual and reproductive wellness, and medical devices and diagnostics for use at home. Everything listed is sourced from an approved supplier and checked in by our own team before it reaches a shelf.
A prescription-only medicine cannot simply be dropped into a basket, here or anywhere else. Upload a photo or a scan of your prescription with the order, and a pharmacist reviews it before anything is dispensed. It is the same check that happens at the counter, in a different order.
We deliver to your door, and orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day. You can follow yours from Track Order using the tracking reference and the phone number the order was placed with — no account, no password.
If you are not sure which of two products is right, or whether something new sits safely alongside a medicine you already take, ask before you buy. Our pharmacists will talk it through with you in store or on the phone. That conversation is the part of a pharmacy a catalogue cannot replace, and it is why we would rather you asked than guessed.
Our branches are Crater Branch, Gatehouse Branch, Main Branch and Royal Branch, each listed with its address and opening hours on the stores page. At checkout we accept Visa, Mastercard, M-Pesa, Airtel Money and Cash on Delivery.
Questions we are asked most
- Do I need a prescription to order?
- Not for most of what is here. Everyday medicines, vitamins, first aid, baby care and personal care are all over the counter and go straight into the basket. Products that need a prescription say so on the product card, and ask you to upload one instead of adding to the cart.
- How do I send you my prescription?
- Upload a photo or a scan of it from the product page or during checkout. One of our pharmacists reviews it before the order is dispensed.
- How quickly will my order arrive?
- Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day. You will get a tracking reference by message, and you can follow it from Track Order without signing in.
- Can I track an order without an account?
- Yes. Track Order asks for the tracking reference and the phone number the order was placed with, and that is all it needs. An account keeps your orders and saved items together, but it is not required to buy or to track.
- How do I know the medicines are genuine?
- We are regulated by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya and source only from approved manufacturers and suppliers. Everything is checked in by our own team, and we hold batch records for what is on the shelf.
- Can I speak to a pharmacist before I buy?
- Yes — call us, or come into any branch. If you take regular prescription medicine, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, that is a conversation worth having before you add a supplement to your basket.
- Where are your branches?
- Every branch is listed on the Our Stores page with its address, its opening hours and a map, so you can pick whichever one is nearest to you.
